Maintenance tracking

Do you have an up-to-date and complete overview of your maintenance contracts? We make sure you have the situation under control at all times! In addition to an analysis of the contracts, we give you recommendations on how to optimize your maintenance and make suggestions on maintenance intervals - all based on the condition and usage data of your elevator, neutrally and independently.

Incident management

Elevator malfunctions trigger a whole chain of measures - the initial assessment on site, the call to the maintenance company, the inspection and acceptance of the fault rectification, all this costs time and personnel capacities. We take this task off your hands and take care of all the necessary steps to ensure that your elevators run trouble-free again as quickly as possible.

Deficity management

In about one third of all elevators inspected in Germany, defects are found that are in some cases so serious that there is a risk of the system being shut down. In such cases, it is all the more important to eliminate the defects quickly and sustainably and to comply with the deadlines for subsequent inspections. However, these are often exceeded. Relieve yourself of all tasks related to defect management! We help you with this and not only record the defects to be eliminated, but also ensure that they are eliminated professionally, arrange any necessary follow-up inspections and always keep an eye on the respective deadlines. Lift operation management

With external lift operations management, you bundle all tasks relating to your elevators in one place and relieve your own resources. The lift manager takes care of the elimination of malfunctions and defects in operation, ensures proper maintenance, advises you on the entire life cycle of the equipment, and supports you in all strategic matters.
